This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application GymBeat (Chinese name “智能健身计数”; package name / Bundle ID com.coding1024.papa; the “App”) published on the App Store, Google Play, and related app stores by Bamboo Game. The App is developed and operated by Bamboo Game (operating brand: coding1024). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles device permissions and local data. By using the App, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Information We Handle

The App does not require an account and does not provide cloud sync. The following is processed or stored only on your device:

  1. Training data: Move templates, training programs, session records, and app settings stored locally.
  2. Microphone audio (ephemeral): When you use audio counting or live preview, the App uses the microphone to detect sound events for counting. Audio is processed on-device only. It is not uploaded, not saved as recordings, and not used for speech recognition.
  3. Motion sensor data (ephemeral): When you use swing counting, the App reads gyroscope/accelerometer data to detect reps. Sensor data is processed on-device in real time and is not uploaded.

The App currently does not use advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs, and does not send the above data to our servers or third parties.

2. How Information Is Used

  1. To provide audio counting, swing counting, training plans, and local history;
  2. To keep your templates, plans, and records on this device;
  3. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with unrelated third parties.

3. Storage and Deletion

  1. Training data stays on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data permanently removes that local data.
  2. Microphone and motion sensor streams are not persisted; they are used only for live counting.

4. Permissions

  1. Microphone: Required for audio counting. You can revoke access in system settings; audio counting will then be unavailable.
  2. Motion sensors (where applicable): Used for swing counting. If unsupported or denied, that mode is unavailable.
  3. Internet: The Android manifest may include network permission for platform components. Core features do not upload personal data over the network.

5. Disclosure

We will not disclose your personal information except:

  1. With your explicit consent; or
  2. When required by applicable law or by a competent authority.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a general fitness counting tool and is not directed at children for personal data collection. If you are a guardian and believe a minor has provided information that should not have been provided, contact us at the email above.
