This Privacy Policy applies to the macOS application TTbox USB Toolkit (Bundle ID com.coding1024.tesla-toolkit; the “App”) published on the Mac App Store by Bamboo Game (operating brand: coding1024). The App helps you inspect and prepare removable USB drives for Tesla-related media workflows. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Tesla, Inc. “Tesla” is used only to describe compatibility context.

We respect your privacy. By using the App, you acknowledge this policy.

1. Information We Handle

The App does not require an account and does not collect personal data for our servers. Processing stays on your Mac:

  1. Local USB / volume contents (on-device): When you choose a removable volume, the App may scan and preview files and folders on that volume so you can review what is stored there. File names, paths, and previews are shown on your device only.
  2. Optional formatting (on-device): If you explicitly start a format or erase action, the App performs that operation locally on the selected volume. This can permanently delete data on that volume.
  3. Local preferences: Simple settings needed to run the App may be stored on your Mac.

The App does not create an account, does not sync your USB contents to our cloud, and does not sell your personal information. Store builds are not designed to upload your drive inventory to third-party analytics for advertising.

2. How Information Is Used

  1. To list, preview, and help you manage content on USB volumes you select;
  2. To perform optional formatting or erase actions you confirm;
  3. To keep local app preferences on this Mac;
  4. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with unrelated third parties.

3. Storage and Deletion

  1. USB content remains on the removable volume you attach. Removing the drive or deleting files is under your control.
  2. Formatting or erasing a volume permanently removes data on that volume; recoverability is not guaranteed.
  3. Uninstalling the App removes the App and its local preferences from this Mac; it does not by itself erase your USB drives.

4. Permissions and System Access

  1. Removable volumes / disk access: Needed to scan, preview, and (if you choose) format USB drives. You can revoke access in macOS System Settings; those features will then be unavailable.
  2. Network: Core Toolkit features for local USB scan/preview/format do not require sending your drive contents to our servers. Platform or OS components may use the network for unrelated system purposes.

5. Disclosure

We will not disclose personal information except:

  1. With your explicit consent; or
  2. When required by applicable law or by a competent authority.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a utility for managing removable media and is not directed at children for personal data collection. If you are a guardian and believe a minor has provided information that should not have been provided, contact us at the email above.

Tesla and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. The App is an independent third-party tool and is not an official Tesla product.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
